Packaging was very tidy. Fit and finish excellent. There is a bit of a rubbery taste from the black tubing. Overall, not too offputting. Using clear food grade tubing with a neoprene cover can solve this, but then the price would obviously go up.
I wish I had found this sooner. Man am I gonna love this system. On assignments I've always carried 2 48 oz nalgene tallboys and 2-32 oz nalgene bottles. Kept one 32 at my hip to drink from and refilled from the others in my side pockets of my pack. I never could get into the hydration bladders in the pack. They break open and take up valuable pack space. The field and fire kit changes the game. Easy access to 96 oz of water. I also bought the magnetic tube holder, It's worth it. System showed up well packaged, easy to assemble and modular to any pack. If you are on the fence, jump off and buy one. You won't regret it.
