Set Up In 4 Simple Steps.
Follow these steps to assemble your HydroLid system and get field-ready in minutes.
Attach The Straw
Fit the flexible down straw onto the coupler tip on the bottom of the lid. Cut to your desired length for a custom fit.
Twist and push for a secure, airtight connection.
Mount The Lid
Screw the lid and straw assembly onto your wide-mouth water bottle. Engineered for a perfect seal every time.
Connect The Tube
Press the connector into your hydration tube. Tubes are intentionally long — trim to exact pack length with standard scissors before connecting.
Twist and push for a secure fit. The connector is intentionally snug to help keep the hydration tube securely attached when disconnecting from the lid.
Lock It In
Click the hydration tube assembly into the top of the lid until it seats. Your HydroLid system is ready to go.
To disconnect — twist and pull firmly. One-handed operation.

HydroLid® Care & Cleaning
Hand Wash Only- To clean, disconnect hydration tube from lid and wash with warm water and mild soap.
- Clean hydration tube with a wire tube brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Easily twist open the bite valve counterclockwise and remove the silicone sheath for a more thorough rinse.
- Let air dry and assemble.
