Best customer service

I got into a motorcycle accident and this thing held out. It didn’t snap at the base of the neck that connects to the bottle. It broke my mouthpiece off when I was an accident and when I contacted them because they didn’t have the mouthpiece online, they told me to order another part and they would ship that piece out for me. For me, this is the best product out there. If I would’ve had a normal water pack it would’ve probably shredded on the concrete. The hose is super durable. The quality is super built. I would promote this product to anybody and everybody.

Innovative concept! ice cold water on a hot hike!!

A most innovative concept! Tried it out this past weekend on a hike & it worked very well! The only “glitchy” part was the one I got for my wife kept vacuum sealing so she had to take the flask out of her bag to adjust it. Otherwise, had ice cold water throughout our hike & the hydrolid worked well!! Might buy a few more as gifts.

This was a great find

This was a great find. I used to use another tube that fit my Nalgene bottle, which I loved, but the Nalgene bottle didn’t keep my water cold.

I saw this advertised and bought it to fit my hydroflask bottle. I just got back from a hiking trip in Southern Utah, where it was over 100 degrees every day that we were hiking. This was such a great find - the hydroflask bottle keep the ice and water cold all day and the tube made it so easy to keep myself hydrated.

I bent the straw trying to set everything up, but it still worked fine.

I would definitely recommend this.
